These fried cheese balls recipe is a fantastic add on to my recipe chest. It is deliciously crispy on the outside, stringy, cheesy and fluffy on the inside.
Try not to use a big pot for this purpose, as you will just be wasting oil. Frying these cheese balls will happen in batches. I fry about 8 balls in one go. They fry very quickly, so you will not have to wait too long.
